Happy 42nd Birthday, Love!

We celebrated Jeff's birthday on Sunday since he had to work his birthday on Monday, Memorial Day.  We had a fun day with the girls and then grilled some BBQ thighs and had broccoli salad, potato salad and baked beans.  Jeff got to have some of my famous tiramisu, which I happened to double this year.  I'm sure he will finish the entire thing by the end of the week. :) 

I gave him some new Wrangler jeans and two new Wrangler shirts to go with his new cowboy boots from Nashville.  They all look great!  He also had to model some new outfits from my mom.  Ha!

I stopped by the station on Monday to visit.  The guys had a set up going on with a smoker and ribs, bluegrass, and the garden they've been working on. They were just missing some beer.  

Baby Robins

She's baaaaack!  For the third year in a row momma robin has returned!  She laid just three eggs this time.  

April 30th - She's back! 

May 5th- Eggs!

May 15th babies are born!

Babies are standing up ready to fly!  I left the dogs inside for the day and when I came back they were all gone! 

Start of Summer for the Girls

We had the girls Thursday thru Sunday and I'd venture to say that they had a blast.  There was a lot of fort building, bath bombing making, water balloon playing, and sleeping in the basement!  There wasn't a shortage of eating yummy food like strawberry shortcakes either!

Swim Lessons

We decided to sign the girls up for swim lessons this year and I am so glad that we did.  There are only three in their group so they get plenty of instruction and despite the first class being canceled due to a thunderstorm, the girls are loving it.
