Even though it is still HOT outside, we are getting into the fall spirit anyhow. We headed over the mountain to take the girls and Grandma on a quick apple picking trip before Emily's soccer game. It was hot, there were gnats, the soccer game was hotter, but it was still a good day. Making apple oatmeal in our new Instant Pot was a plus this year! Nothing beats a fresh apple!
