Toddler Bed!

We celebrated the new year with a TODDLER BED!  

Finley said that she was ready for a big girl bed and we've been discussing it for a while so we decided to take the leap and go for it during the last couple days of break.  I ran to Target to get her a new mattress since the other one wasn't looking great and Jeff took the rail off the crib and replaced it with the smaller section.  Our almost 4 year old is now a "big" girl!  So far she has gotten up a few times each night, but it has not been terrible yet.  Nap time on the other hand is much more of a struggle now that she can come out of her room.

Santa brought this new huge Peppa blanket and it is way too much fun to spin in with Daddy!

Finley also got a new blow up mattress for Grandma's house.  This is much more comfortable than the cot that we got for her house.  However, as you can see, Grandma has to lay in the bed to get her to fall asleep. ;) 

Part of our break has included playing "parade" and dress up in Finley's room.  She has quite the taste! haha
