Sick Baby

 

Second day of school breakfast... deer sausage gravy and biscuits:)  

Finley hasn't been eating much for the last week and had a fever on and off so we ended up at the doctor after I finally had a break through with what I thought was going on.  My guess was correct - she had a UTI.  Her symptoms were fever, fussy, no appetite and a strong odor to her urine in the morning diapers.  I feel terrible that it took almost a week to figure this out, but she was also cutting her first molars so we thought it was just teething.  After a day of antibiotics Finn started to get back to normal.  We are unsure if she will need a follow up ultrasound at this point, but we will discuss it further at her 18 month appointment.  I am just thankful that we figured it out and she is finally feeling better!!

Poor sick baby. 

You know she doesn't feel well when she falls asleep in your lap.  Sweet girl. 

While it is still warm outside, why not go all in and play in the dogs' water bowl? 

She loves playing at YaYa's with all these new Little People!

Finn got a new toy, but isn't quite sure how to rock on it yet!
