Weight: 22 lbs 3 oz
Teeth: Two bottom teeth, four top teeth! 4 molars (two top and two bottom)
I love to:
- Go to the lake! I find rocks and carry as many as I can back home from walks. I love to throw rocks in the lake and say "splash." Honking like a goose while watching the geese and ducks is still a favorite. We sit on the bench and play in the gazebo next to the lake. I also collect sticks from the willow tree and find big ones for Mama and Dada. We all have to stomp on the water meters as we walk to the lake.
- Play hide and seek by running into the bedroom, closing the door and hiding. Then I yell Mama or Dada so they come look for me. Sometimes I like to hide in the curtains
- Play in the nightstand drawers and pull out Mama and Dada's rings, remotes, books and chapstick even though I am not supposed to.
- Find my Elmo Christmas ornament on the Christmas tree.
- Love to put things around my neck - necklaces, belts, etc. I steal them from Mama and Dada to play with them.
I can:
- Count to 10 without looking at numbers.
- Put two word sentences together - "Dada up." She says this when she wants to sit on the loveseat and watch a song on tv.
- I can tell you how old I am by holding up one finger and saying one. I can also hold up two fingers and say I want to listen to two more songs. "More" is a favorite word. ;)
- Sing along to Silent Night - Hoooollllly and Niiiiiiiight. haha!
- I know what certain letters stand for - if asked what is H for? Hippo. M - Mama, D- Dada, N-no, B- ball, etc.
- Point to myself and say "me". Who is YaYa's girl? Me!
- Open and close most doors in the house now, but I have to be on my tippy toes to pull them shut.
- Scream and imitate Dada when he screams.
- Sit on the potty, even though I sit backwards. I pretend to wipe with toilet paper.
- Say "Pop" when the toaster goes off with my waffles or Mama's toast.
- Say "elbows" when my sleeves are rolled up for meal time.
- Say pretty much every single body part, even "eyebrows."
- Say "Yayyyyyy" after I get anything right - match Sesame Street characters to their flashcards, counting, etc.
- Put on and pull up my own pants.
- Point out all of the wreaths and garland and mistletoe in the house. I learned these words immediately after reading them once in a book about Christmas.
- Say "Ho, ho" for Santa
- Make it very clear what song I want to hear on Super Simple Songs - I can either say the words or point to the screen.
