Toots still loves to imitate any faces that we make. Goodness she cracks me up with all of those expressions!
One more egg has hatched....
MeeMee and PawPaw stopped by to see Finley for a few minutes.
Just hanging out with Dada watching for birdies.
We stopped by the garden center to grab some flowers for our deck planters and the front yard. The garden center does a great job of social distancing and there is hardly ever anyone in the store. We took a quick peak to see if they had cilantro seeds, but they were out. We did buy one cilantro plant that we can use for our recipes for now.
When music starts to play....it is dancing time no matter where we are!
All four babies have hatched now!
Trying to pull lettuce plants up again!
I made some ground chicken burgers that had scallions, mayo, and cheese in them and topped them with an avocado salsa. I used some of the cilantro from our plant for the salsa since I can never seem to find any that looks good in the store. These were super yummy and refreshing.
Poor Jack has to be patient with Finn who always seems to want to touch his toes. He gets plenty of rewards when she feeds him all of her snacks.
After dinner playtime on the porch...eating with a shirt on is a recipe for disaster.
We planted red, white and purple salvia for the hummingbirds in our deck planters. We saw one hummingbird before the cold snap, but haven't see any since.
