We are having back to back celebrations because today is Finley's actual birthday, but her party is scheduled for tomorrow! Of course my photos went in reverse order when I uploaded them below.
We started out the day with pizza bites for breakfast because that is what the birthday girl wanted to eat. We spent some time at YaYa's opening a few gifts as well! She loved checking out her decorations and playing all morning before a good nap. When she woke up we let her "open" her big gift, a play kitchen, and a couple smaller gifts. She LOVED her kitchen and had fun checking out every part of it. Knowing how she is with gifts, we knew a couple days to open them would suit her just fine. She was plenty happy to play with a new large Elmo, her Elmo hat, etc.
Since it was her birthday she got to blow out her candles on her pink Elmo cupcake after opening her gifts. She ate some of her cupcake but as usual not a whole lot which was fine with us! Then it was dinner and bath time to get ready for her party tomorrow!
