After such a beautiful day at Lake Anna, I really wanted to do some more fishing. It is such an event to get the boat from Jeff's parents house and then drive somewhere to fish that we decided just to run over to the Sportsman's Club in the morning and fish there.
I finally got to fish with a frog which I had been dying to do and boy was it fun. There's nothing quite like fishing top water when the fish attack your lure. I didn't keep track of how many fish we caught, but it was a lot! I can't wait to get back out there and fish some more.
When we got back home, we still had the entire afternoon to do whatever we wanted. We picked up a few more tomato plants, a cantaloupe plant and another zucchini plant and got those in the ground. Our brussel sprouts aren't doing much and it has gotten too hot for the cauliflower now. I am so ready for fresh veggies!
