Masks and Sunglasses

These two play nonstop.  Finley squeals and laughs and points at Marley.  He is a really good sport and loves following her around trying to lick her.  

Always looking for something to get into!  She cracks me up when she is walking and stops to dance to the music on Pandora.  It just about makes her fall over. 

Another favorite activity is pointing at everything and getting us to tell her what it is. 

I had to go downstairs to grab something so I took Finley with me.  She saw the flamingo that the girls had been playing with and had to see it.  As you can see, it ended up coming back upstairs with me.  This thing has been pure entertainment!  Finley is in and out of it, over and under it, etc.  She has gotten some great exercise out of it.  I love how she takes some of her toys with her into the middle of it and then throws them out, retrieves them and does it all over again. 

When you get stuck nursing in the flamingo....lol 

Grandma stopped by today with another pair of sunglasses for Finn to try.  She does not like the ones with a headband that I got last year.  She seems to like this pair better but still doesn't keep them on long enough!

The sunrises/sunsets have been beautiful lately!

We had to make a quick early trip to Lowe's for concrete supplies.  The great part about Lowe's is that so far every time we have been inside we've been far away from anyone else. 

Another sweaty workout in the books!

We've been trying more foods with just about the same response.  At least she put the peppers in her mouth and tasted them. 

Finley's FIRST time sleeping in her own bedroom ever!  How crazy is that?!  Her crib is still in our bedroom, but we decided to try the pack n play for naps in her bedroom so that she will be used to it for the beach.  She didn't have any issues going to sleep. YAY!  And guess what else?  We can actually shower, change clothes, clean, etc. in our own bedroom while she is napping.  We used to have to plan very carefully to have workout clothes/shoes or whatever else we needed out of the bedroom before putting her down.  

 

Our second nest of robins has arrived about 5 feet from the first nest on the same latter under the porch.  Such poor timing for this mama robin with all of the construction happening.  

Who doesn't love a good downward dog?
