Griddle Time!

 Again, photos in backwards order - we bought a Blackstone griddle and it finally got delivered!  

Here's my smash burger with grilled onions, bacon and cheese....yummmm. 

While we were getting dinner ready, someone was playing in the pantry as usual and got herself into a bit of trouble.  That face though!

The griddle cooks super fast, so there's a learning curve when cooking but Jeff did a nice job with the onions, bacon and burgers tonight!
