More of the Same

More of the same around here....reading, walking, playing, time outside...

Trying more foods each day...cheese was on the list today.  She ate a little bit, so I guess that's better than most days!

I think the dogs might be ready for this stay at home order to be over. Haha.

Now that Finley is sleeping in her crib for naps, I don't have many pictures of her asleep in my arms anymore.  Cue the tears.  I want to memorize this face forever.

Beautiful weather during nap time means Mama is trying to get some sun.  Come at me you darn carpenter bees, I am ready!

I thought this book would be too much for Finn, but she loves it!  I can not believe her attention span as we go through all of the pages.  She knows the caterpillar from her other book "I Love Dad with the Very Hungry Caterpillar" and she is able to point at the caterpillar in this book!

This is what happens when Mama is just trying to eat her sandwich.  No such luck. 

This is a popular face right now.  It comes with some snorting sounds and I can not get enough of it!

Every night after her bath, Finley climbs into my lap with one of her three favorite bedtime books- Grandma Wishes, The Going to Bed Book, or Dada. We read them over and over again!

There's also quite a bit of fussing when it is time for a diaper, pjs and sleepsack which has been the case from day one with Finley.  We now try to distract her when Jeff or Emily is here with a book and it does wonders!  We can get the diaper, pajamas and sleepsack on without a fight as long as she has a book to look at!
